A 24-hour advance registration is required. Guests must provide the bellow informaiton for all guests: full name on passports, date of birth, nationality, passport number/ ID number. Vietnamese visa expiry date. === Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid passport or ID to board the cruise. Children whose travel documents are attached to the parent's passport, must be accompanied by said parent. Guests who fail to provide the necessary information above may not be allowed to be on board. === Please note that cruise itineraries, activities and schedules are subject to change, dependent upon the weather, tide levels and operating conditions. === Limousine transfer services between Hanoi's Old Quarter and Halong are available with additional charge. Pick-up location – at any hotel within Hanoi’s Old Quarter Area only Pick-up time from Hanoi Old Quarter – between 8:00 and 8:30 Drop-off time in Hanoi Old Quarter – between 15:00 and 15:30 Private car and airport transfers are also available upon request. Kindly contact the property directly using the Special Requests box when booking, or contacting the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. The property has transfer service by car for Cat Bi airport and Noi Bai International Airport with extra charge. === Guests with any dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian resources, food allergies, religious restrictions, etc.) are requested to inform the cruise before departure. === Late check-in will incur an extra charge of USD 100. Guests who arrive late will be brought to the cruise ship by a speed boat. === Please note last disembarkation from the cruise ship is at 11:30. Guests return to the harbour at 12:00. Please inform Rosy Cruise in advance of your expected arrival time.
