A perfect family stay!
The only negative point:
- the parking, which we found quite expensive, but at least it was secure and the cleanliness of the parking lot is impeccable!

I wrote two emails to the hotel in advance asking about the parking options, but they did not take the time to respond.
It was very difficult to find the hotel and, in particular, suitable parking. We eventually found the hotel’s public parking, but access to the hotel requires using two flights of stairs. This is not suitable for guests with walking difficulties and should be clearly communicated in advance.
Room
When we arrived, there were used glasses left on the terrace from the previous guest. I informed Jack, the receptionist, at around 7:00 pm. When we returned from dinner at the hotel at approximately 9:30 pm, the glasses were still there.
The water refill station was also not working.
Overall, these details gave the impression of a lack of attention to basic guest service and housekeeping. Some of these issues could easily have been avoided with better communication and follow-up.
