Exceptional!

This Riad is extraordinary! I stayed here for four nights earlier this month.
The room was large, beautifully appointed, and elegant. The bed was super comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. The water pressure in the shower was very powerful.
Ayoub and Hisham are exceptional! They made my stay more than perfect. They are two very kind, friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable young men who go out of their way to ensure you are happy and having a positive experience.
Breakfast each morning was modest, very fresh, and presented beautifully. It was the perfect start to the day.
The Riad is only about a five minute walk to Jemaa el-Fna (the main square).
An important thing to note: The 39 in the Riad's phone number is Italy's country code, so you are calling Italy.
I highly recommend staying here!

Bad experience

Riad in a bad position. Structure not adequate for cost. I absolutely do not recommend it.
Difficult to reach and mandatory to do it on foot for a long journey. Be careful when you arrive with your suitcases and maybe at night like us!!
Without a TV. Shabby room. Photos are deceiving.

Small riad with nice staff. We cannot vouch for dining.

Clean rooms, luxury linens. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were very cold in December. We departed in the morning before breakfast was served. If you would like to eat dinner at the riad, contact them before your arrival. We tried to reserve at 2 pm during our check in and we were told that was not enough notice. Deep in the medina, can be challenging to locate.

Amazing stay in authentic Moroccan Riad

Very nice accommodation and good proximity to many attractions. The two hotel hosts were amazing and very polite upon arrival.
Would highly recommend!

Fantastic Riad - well located and peaceful with attentive staff. Great value for money ❤️

located in the heart of the Medina, near the main square, the Riad Azzar is a little oasis.
Quiet, with the sound of bird song, is the perfect place to return after dealing with all the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. The staff cannot be faulted, friendly and attentive, who go out of their way to assist guests with anything they need, Isham was particularly helpful :) A fantastic breakfast is provided which is the perfect way to start your day. Asma was extremely helpful in arranging taxi transfers from the airport as well as booking us a souk guide, Omar, who was excellent and well worth doing. She also arranged for our boarding passes to be printed as you cannot use your phone at the airport - 5 stars!
