Best accommodation in town!

We were really inspired to choose Casa Negustorului as our accommodation while in Deva. Everything was amazing, warm and clean room, good food for breakfast, close to the city center, friendly staff. Really interesting choice of the rooms' names, since the house is one of the former communist leader's houses. We definitely recommend this place! Congrats for the owners and keep up the good work!

unpleasant

the hotel does not seem to me to be something out of the ordinary, you can see the lack of investments. Everything looks dirty. Very friendly staff, but that's not enough. I honestly would not return to this hotel.

A good choise in Deva

Probably one of the best options in Deva. We were here in our way to visiting the Corvin Castle.
Rooms are clean and generous. Staff is very nice and friendly.
I definitelly recommend the garden to have your morning coffee.

Lovely stay

Beautiful house with a history. Friendly welcome. We were able to choose between 2 rooms. Our room was big and comfy and very clean and had a big balcony with a view at the garden. The room has everything you need, fridge, waterboiler, tea, coffee, slippers...Location is good, in the centre and close to restaurants and a big supermarket and at walking distance from the train station and bus station where you can take the bus to Hunedoara for visiting the mighty castle. Breakfast is good, eggs at your choice and a small buffet with all you need. Good price/quality. Recommended!

The best place to stay in Deva

We had to book in advance since this is a very sought after location, being a short walk away from the historic downtown and the restaurants. This is a big house that used to serve as a place to stay for the political elite includind the president of the comunist times. Most of the furnishings remind you of that era. The rooms, bathrooms and the hallways are very large as you can imagine. The beds are confortable and big. There is a small breakfast room that fits about 10 people but the food is delicious. The staff, nicest ever.
I would recommend this as the first option if in town.
