The person called ANA PAULA who owns the establishment should open a pet shop (I mean) not even that, because not even the animals should know her.
I came from Itacaré to this unfortunate inn where I was completely treated because I just asked the owner for understanding to reduce it from two nights to one (where I had already paid 50%, that is, one night).. I went to explain the case and the same He told me to shut up, he shouted at me and the employee in front of me,...understand that I was aware that she could say that I wouldn't be able to pay because I know how the high season works for inns and hotels...but not be treated the way I did.
