Terrible place… To forget!!!
We booked the Superior King room, located on the raised floor, by going up the short ramp of stairs on the left. As soon as we entered the room, we were struck by a bad smell of smoke, and what further frightened us was finding one of the two windows wide open. Considering it was on the raised floor, my wife and I had strong doubts that some insects, or worse, a rat, had entered, since the window overlooked a courtyard of a half-abandoned building where construction work was ongoing.
After inspecting every corner of the room with the light from my phone, since only one light bulb in the chandelier was working, we tried to resign ourselves, given the time (we arrived at 10:00 PM) and the fact that we had already paid for everything.
After dropping off our luggage, we took a look at the room's amenities and the bathroom. The room came with a sofa that had a huge stain, which made us absolutely reluctant to use it. In the closet, there were two pillows and a blanket that we took out because we wanted to use them, but unfortunately, there was a small bloodstain present... Since there was a small fridge, we thought about turning it on, but unfortunately, there was no outlet....
We went to the bathroom and here was the kicker!!! A bad smell and especially a dirty jacuzzi shower…
We found only two bath towels provided. Since there were two of us and we would be staying for two nights, the next day I managed to contact the representative of the facility who assured me that a staff member would arrive… But we were left with the same towels.
In short, everything to forget !!!!!!!!!!
