I would love to come back

I stayed at 7Things for three nights in August 2026 and was thrilled. The window of the single room faced the university park; the green trees in front of the window made me very happy.
Pros:
The air conditioning during one of the endless heat waves this summer was a blessing.
The second pillow was also great. Otherwise I always sleep poorly in hotels, but not at 7Things. Yes, well, pillow + air conditioning
The breakfast buffet was basic, but everything important was there.
The tram stop to the city is very close.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
I found nothing to complain about.

Good hotel, pet-friendly.

We regularly stay at 7things. Pets are welcome, breakfast is good, and rooms facing the university park are quieter than those on the parking lot side. We will keep that in mind next time.

Very good value for money.

As has mostly been the case so far, very satisfied to excellent in everything. Try to avoid a room directly next to the elevator if possible. But that applies to every hotel.

quiet, modern hotel near university

cozy hotel, quiet location, very close to the university
However, I have to deduct a star as the rooms are a bit dark in the evening.
In addition, the staff in the breakfast area could show a little more friendliness when querying the room numbers
